Services
All services provided by Instant Heating and Air, LLC are subject to a written agreement or work order signed at the time of service.
Warranty
Residential repair, tune-up, maintenance, and emergency service work carries a 90-day parts warranty on the work performed. New residential installations (AC, heating) include the manufacturer's 10-year parts warranty as standard, with an optional extended labor warranty available as a paid add-on, quoted at the time of sale. Commercial installations carry a 1-year manufacturer parts and labor warranty. Indoor Air Quality product warranties vary by manufacturer. All warranty service requires proof of original work.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless financing has been arranged in advance. We accept credit card, check, ACH, and approved financing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
